Justin has over 20 years of experience in program, project, and change management and has led PMO functions, driving improvement and transformation across diverse industries. Justin has directed numerous organisational development projects for major clients, served as a product owner for a cutting-edge e-learning LMS, and implemented large scale process and safety improvement projects at Rio Tinto in their highest value and risk operational environment. He led the enterprise-wide change management for process and technology transformations in Telstra’s procurement division. Additionally, Justin was the program director at a consultancy specialising in Indigenous engagement and cultural training in the resources sector.

Justin also brings a decade of experience in tertiary education and corporate training and development. He lectured across MBA, management, and human resources streams. From navigating workforce restructuring to managing the growth-driven expansion of service capabilities, Justin has consistently empowered leaders and teams to adapt, perform, and succeed in dynamic environments.
