ENGINEER

Keanu is an Engineer at ResourcesWA, having graduated from Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering at the University of Cape Town. Keanu has a strong foundation in renewable energy systems and data-driven energy modelling. His experience in photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturing has given him a practical understanding of solar technology, complementing his analytical approach to problem-solving.

At ResourcesWA, Keanu has played a key role in energy transition and infrastructure projects, including site mapping for the Banjima Native Title Aboriginal Corporation (BNTAC) Energy Strategy, energy modelling for a potential development in the Northern Territory, and supported both the Iluka Resources and Bluewaters Energy Transition projects. His expertise in HOMER and PVsyst modelling, along with his proficiency in Python programming, enables him to develop comprehensive renewable energy simulations and feasibility assessments.
