Leonardo is a highly dedicated and passionate mining engineer with over sixteen years in the mining industry across multiple commodities in both open pit and underground operations.

He believes the most valuable asset are the people, aware that people management is done by understanding their perceptions, moods and expectations, and the outcome is the by-product of individuals and teams working with confidence.

With a proven experience managing large and small established operations, performing various strategic roles within the Tier 1 and the Junior resource industry, Leonardo combines the practical experience with his engineering knowledge to deliver results.

The completion of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree has gained him a broader view of the business providing more to offer than just his experience.
