BRENDAN TAYLOR

COMMERCIAL LEAD

Brendan is the Commercial Lead at Resources WA and is a skilled corporate finance professional with expertise in financial modelling, mergers and acquisitions, and project management, specialising in mining, infrastructure, and property developments.

In his previous role at Perenti, Brendan managed a $19B AUD global pipeline and was integral to executing $4.4B AUD in new contracted mining work across Australia, Africa, and North America.

Brendan has also held roles at Emeco as a Corporate Development Manager, Senior Commercial Lead, and Financial Controller, where he executed the divestment of Pit N Portal Mining Services, extended a $100M revolving credit facility, and managed the financials of a $250M revenue business unit.

Brendan holds a Masters Degree in Banking & Finance from Monash University, and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from The University of Western Australia. His expertise in financial modelling, M&A execution, and commercial leadership across the resources and infrastructure sectors marks him as a leading professional in his field.
